Our Services
What we offer
We provide wellbeing education services for schools, organisations, and communities, bringing together research, education, and practice to support approaches to wellbeing that are evidence-based, meaningful, and sustainable over time.
For us, meaningful wellbeing education goes beyond teaching about wellbeing. It creates transformative opportunities to explore what helps people live well — including how we relate to ourselves, connect with others, find purpose, and contribute to the world around us.
We work with schools, organisations, and the wider community through talks, workshops, professional learning, and evaluation and research partnerships. Our approach is tailored to the needs and priorities of each community, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
We are passionate about translating research into practical approaches that make sense in everyday life. Sustainable change means looking beyond a single session or program to support learning, practice, and positive outcomes over time.
Ways we can work together
Our work can range from a one-off learning experience to a longer-term research partnership. This might include:
Examples of our areas of specialisation include:
These are just some of the topics we explore. We’re always open to new ideas and collaborations, working together to shape approaches that are meaningful and relevant to each community and organisation.
Who we work with
We work alongside people across schools and community organisations – including leaders, educators, staff, and students – as well as parents, caregivers, and community partners.
Below, you can see some of the schools and organisations we have had the opportunity to work with.
Whether you are looking for professional learning, support with a wellbeing initiative, or are interested in exploring research, we welcome a conversation.
Research partnerships
As academic researchers, we are particularly interested in developing collaborative, longer-term partnerships with schools and organisations.
We see research as a way of learning together. It can help schools and organisations to better understand their own context, explore what is working, identify opportunities for improvement, and build evidence to inform future practice.
A partnership might involve exploring a wellbeing need, co-designing an approach, evaluating an existing initiative, or developing a research project together. You do not need to have a research question already — we can explore possibilities together.
Importantly, we are interested in what happens beyond delivery: how learning is applied, what changes over time, and what helps new approaches become part of everyday practice.

Our approach
We believe effective wellbeing education is evidence-informed, practical, and responsive to context.
Our interdisciplinary approach brings together expertise from education, philosophy, psychology, and public health, alongside the knowledge and experience of the communities we work with. This helps us consider wellbeing across individuals, relationships, organisations, and the broader contexts and systems in which people live and learn.
We begin by listening and understanding your needs and priorities, then work together to translate relevant research and ideas into practice. Our aim is to build knowledge, confidence, and capacity that can continue beyond our direct involvement.
Evidence-informed. Interdisciplinary. Context-responsive. Sustainable. These principles guide how we work, from a single workshop to a longer-term research partnership.
